Dear Partner in Ministry,
In 1982, we opened our first location on East Dorothy Lane, providing free pregnancy testing and material assistance and have since expanded our service and locations to Kettering, Xenia, Huber Heights, and North Dayton. Since the first day, we have served 74,000 clients, and 14,000 women have chosen life for their unborn children!
In fiscal year 2018, the Board cast a new vision: We envision that every person in the greater Miami Valley will experience gospel transformation that empowers them to choose life for their unborn children and God’s design for sexual purity. In addition, we expanded our mission statement: Miami Valley Women’s Center is a Pregnancy Resource Center that partners with the local Church to serve women, men, students, and their families with life-affirming information and compassionate services related to pregnancy decisions. We are an organization that values life, supports families, and demonstrates Christ’s love.
The additions are in bold. We did not eliminate our core statements, but we affirmed our compassion for those facing an unplanned pregnancy, included students and families, and emphasized our heart to collaborate with churches. We have not changed our services, programs, or commitment to preserve life; and we will continue to refrain from government funding in order to share the gospel.
Donor support drives our mission to value life, support families, and demonstrate Christ’s love. If you support this ministry in any way – thank you! If you are new to the work of the Miami Valley Women’s Center or searching for a place to serve, consider volunteering at one of our four centers. We value your support! Together, lives transform through the gospel, empowering men, women, and students to choose life and God’s design for sexual purity.
Sincerely,
Tiffany Seifman, Executive Director

617 women chose life!
The Miami Valley Women’s Center was just a building I frequently drove past, but I never knew it was going to save me. After suffering two heart-breaking miscarriages, I was so angry and overwhelmed that it affected my job, my marriage, and my daily life.
A Google search for a support group brought me to Silver Linings, where I could meet face to face with other grieving parents. When Maria, the support group leader, opened in prayer, I almost lost it! I didn’t realize this was a Christian-based center, but God had directed me right where I needed to be. That night, the topic was how men and women grieve differently, one of the biggest struggles my husband and I had faced.
My husband, Ryan, started attending, and we began healing together. We named our babies Selah and Daniel and placed a plaque in Grace Garden in their honor. When we had almost completed the Silver Linings program, we found out we were pregnant again! We joined MOMS and DADS and learned so much from our mentors, especially how to parent with God as the center. We’ve been on this journey with MVWC for two years already!
This center is far more than a building, groups, or classes; it has saved me, my marriage, and my relationship with God. When I first came to the center, I was so angry with God, but I am now closer to Him than ever. I cannot say thank you enough.
